wait, but there is no "don't" line across. It seems like it should rather be "chop of the tram seat you are siting on" or alternately, "chop off the diving board"
Actually now I realize that's what most governments and banks have been busy doing in the last two decades.
They should have provided a dotted line for easier chopping.
