What's going on? student protests? announcements, speeches?
Is it about global warming? Iraq? Darfur?
Of course not. It's a fire alarm.

If it weren't for fire alarms, i'd never see 99% of the residents of my building. You really have to love the neighbourly feelings in cities.
I'll be in the Arab ME in the summer for about a week, do you have any plans of being there?
Will be in Jerusalem 30/5 - 5/6. Very brief visit for a friends' wedding, otherwise no plans; I think to complete the thesis this summer I have to stay away from the region.
